1. When booking an appointment with Gifted Creations Salon, we strongly enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you not call with a 24 notice of your cancellation, a $25 fee will be charged.
2. Any appointments made specifically for sew ins and crochet must cancel with a 48 hour notice or else 50% of the overall service price will be charged for the inconvenience.
3. When purchasing our products please consider the 7% charge that will be added to the overall purchase. Shipping within the United States takes anywhere from 3-5 business days with an additional charge of $7.50. International shipping rates are an additional $12.50 to your overall purchase price. You can expect anywhere from 5-10 business days for arrival. Should you receive your product and there are any issues, please give us a call.
4. Once products have been opened and used, our return policy no longer applies. Should you receive a damaged package, please photograph the package and attach it to your email.
